The purpose of this project is to increase the existing square footage of the home from 1300 Sq. to 3600 Sq. The job consisted of the demolition and reconfiguration of the existing living spaces, exterior and interior finishes, as well as the addition of a second and third level.

Project Size:
Turn the existing residence into 2,500 square foot, transforming the home into a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom, large eat in kitchen, a formal dining room, and a large three car garage. Other amenities include a master bedroom suite with spa style shower, a jack and jill bathroom for the kids, and a second floor laundry room.
