Our Founder
The company is led by Clarence Peterson, the owner and president, a visionary whose unique approach to construction has written the CPC name as an industry standard of excellence. Taking a hands on approach, he learned the industry well, first as a carpenter apprentice, foreman lead carpenter and eventually working his way up to a construction project manager. In the position as construction project manager, he oversaw the construction of large multi-million dollar commercial projects. After spending over a decade working as a construction project manager for a few fortune 500 companies, and desiring to apply his unique vision, provide outstanding craftsmanship and exceptional service in both residential and commercial construction, Mr. Peterson decided to start Clarence Peterson Construction company.
