houseHomeCare strives to offer timely answers to your questions. Below, you will find a list of the questions most frequently asked by our customers’. What services do you offer?

We do the commercial repair, home improvement, home repair, and bathroom remodeling, plumbing, with a specialty in electrical services. 

How do you price your repair work?

We provide you with a fixed price after we have gathered your requirements and examine the site. That way there are no surprises and no hidden costs.

How long does it take to start the job after the contract is accepted?

We like to start immediately, if possible; that saves you time and money.

Who selects the materials for the work?

We ask you to pick out and purchase all the fixtures and finishes but we will select items like wire, lumber, nails, etc…

When do I pay for the work?

Not until the work is done and you are satisfied. We do not ask for money up front other than to pay for materials needed for the job. On larger jobs, we will set up a payment schedule based upon completion of various phases of your project.

What happens if something goes wrong after I have paid for the work?

Give us a call and we will fix it right away at no charge. 

Do you have references?

We are happy to provide you with the names of customers who have worked with HomeCare Handyman Services on projects similar to your job. 

Do you do free estimates?

We are more than happy to provide you a free estimate on larger jobs but if you are seeking estimates on small projects we have a $30- $65 consultation fee for which you will receive a written bid and our advice. If you decide to have us do the work, that fee will be credited to you.
